You Need to know 3 things first.
The steps vary in order depending on your personal situation.
1: Have Your Qualifications Accredited for Canada
As an internationally qualified Physiotherapist looking to immigrate to Canada your first task is going to be securing a positive outcome from the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators (CAPR). (Timeline: up to 1 year in Some cases) https://www.alliancept.org

Give IELTS Academic - for CREDENTIALLING and StUdy visa
Or General - for Express entry or work visa
3: PCE PREP
After your positive Physiotherapist assessment (CAPR) its time to Prepare for PCE : in your home country and take the test before you land to Canada if possible.
